DR. GIRALDI WAS VERY EMPATHETIC AND UNDERSTANDING WITH MY MEETING WITH HER. I STARTED OFF ON VERY BAD NOTE BECAUSE AMAZON SCREWED UP BIG TIME ON AN ORDER. SHE TOLD ME HOW TO NAVIGATE AMAZON'S WEBSITE AND SHE WAS TOTALLY CORRECT. ONCE WE WERE DONE, I TOLD HER ABOUT ISSUES I'M HAVING WITH MY ALS; PRIMARILY MY HANDS BECOMING LESS DEXTEROUS AND DROPPING ITEMS MORE OFTEN. I TOLD HER THE MEDICINE SHE PRESCRIBED TO ME IS WORKING. NEXT TIME, I WILL USE MY VOICE ASSISTED IPAD FOR HER TO BETTER UNDERSTAND ME BECAUSE OF MY VOICE. SHE WAS VERY KIND IN DEALING WITH MY FOUL MOOD. WHEN I TALK TO EVA ON THURSDAY, I WANT HER TO RELAY MY GRATITUDE TO DR. GIRALDI.

My CALS and I were so very pleased to meet with Dr. Geraldi-Samara. She was well informed prior to our first meeting. She asked and answered questions with honesty and compassion. We are thrilled to have found Synapticure! We truly feel we have an advocate in Dr. Geraldi-Samara!
