Synapticure’s mission driven purpose is to assist people diagnosed with neurodegenerative diseases by connecting them with health care providers and resources that will actively assist and enhance their treatment and overall well-being.
Synapticure is not a medical group or a health care provider. Synapticure provides its users with the ability to obtain a telemedicine consultation provided by independent medical practitioners including, but not limited to, CareND Provider Group (“CareND Provider Group”), an independent medical group with a network of United States based health care providers (each, a “Provider”).
