Jennifer Green, PA-C is a physician assistant specializing in the care of patients with Parkinson’s disease and other movement disorders, with over 17 years of clinical experience, including 13 years focused specifically on movement disorders.
Born and raised in the Appalachian Mountains of North Carolina, Jennifer values community, authenticity, and caring for people as individuals—not just diagnoses. After completing her education, she settled in the Triad region of North Carolina, where she lives with her two children.
Jennifer takes a holistic approach to neurologic care, with a particular interest in the connection between neurologic disease and mental health. She believes that emotional well-being, confidence, and feeling understood play a critical role in quality of life, especially for patients navigating chronic neurologic conditions. Her clinical style emphasizes education, thoughtful medication adjustments, and helping patients feel supported and confident in their care plan.
Through Synapticure’s virtual care model, Jennifer provides expert neurology care directly to patients in their homes, working closely with caregivers to address both motor and non-motor symptoms, reduce symptom fluctuations, and support long-term quality of life.
Outside of work, Jennifer spends most of her time with her children and enjoys reading personal growth literature and watching true crime documentaries.
